hmm...interesting
In an interesting turn of events, my dad has informed me that he would like to join me in Spain for a few days of phun in the sun. Yes, it has finally hit my mumsy that I will be going to Spain to see some customers all by myself, so she is flipping out. Her comments included, "what if you get kidnapped?! spain isn't safe..etc etc" She's asked my dad to join me in spain just so that someone is there to kno that I have not been kidnapped and did indeed return back to the hotel safely. I'll be in Spain from the 29th til the 1st. Now since my dad wants to come I had to check flights for him. Yipes. It costs a fortune to fly from toronto to spain. It's like $2800-$3000 and it's not even a direct flight! So I've pursuaded my dad to come to manchester to visit me for a few days and fly with me to spain from here and to return to toronto with me. It costs the same to fly to toronto to manchester return, plus return flight to spain from manchester as the flight from toronto to spain return. Hehe. Ridiculous I tell ya.
Well, I still have one hellish exam week left. Exam on Tues and THurs then I'm home free. But this spain thing is still driving me nuts. I still have so many thigns to do for it and I dun have time! Everything is closing in on these two weeks. I can't wait til I get home. Then I can really relax. Meep!
Anyhoos, going to dive back into my books. Hopefully I'll remember to come back up for air.
