hello from london...

Hi peeps! I'm in London at the moment. I will taking the Eurostar to Paris tomorrow evening after my meeting tomorrow in Wales. Man do I miss London! The only thing I don't miss is the sterling. Damn! I forgot how much things cost here. Ouch! Another thing I don't miss about London is how bad my allergies get here. Smart me brought all meds except ones for allergies! I was sneezing non-stop! haha. Oy.
It's too bad I don't have enough time here to do a lil shopping or sightseeing. After my meeting today, my colleague and I just walked around the area around our hotel. We are staying right next to Paddington station by Hyde Park, really nice area. There is also a university right by here, I forgot what it's called, but I passed by some dorms and saw a lot of uni students. Ah...uni life, how I miss it so. But then seeing how rowdy the ppl seem here, I sorta dun wanna go back to the wild uni life they have here.
Anyhoos, it took awhile to get to London from HK since we had to stop over in Frankfurt. I wish we had a day to spend in Frankfurt. I felt so jipped since we already had landed in Frankfurt, might as well tour it, rite? hehe. Oh well, tight schedule. Maybe I'll go to one of those electronics fairs in Frankfurt when I move to UK. To help support me through school, I might work for my fam part time and deal with customers over here in Europe. That would include going to electronics fairs. If that means flying to frankfurt, I don't mind! hahahaha. As long as the company reimburses me for the plane ticket. hehe. Anyhoos, I'm going to go. Internet here at the Hilton hotel is 15 pounds!! Well, atleast it's broadband and it's free use from noon til noon. But then again, that's like a month's fee for internet!! BAH!! WHY IS EVERYTHING SO EXPENSIVE?!?!
