it's been awhile...

Hello everyone. I'm still here, barely breathing, but I'm still alive. Yay! I really miss you all. I really wish I was in Toronto right now.
A short update (since I'm at work right now). I haven't been in HK for more than a week. I just came back from a trip to Japan. Man, it felt so long (even though it was only 10 days). It was really tiring. Waking up at 5 in the mornings to catch the Shinkansen to get to our customers on time at 9.00 in the morning. Oy. But overall, Japan is really nice. I felt it was a nice mesh between Toronto and HK. You have the breathing space and kindness of ppl like Toronto but the high techy/fashion and millions of ppl walking around like HK. The highlight of the trip was my being able to sneak tickets off this girl for the Sony Style showroom. I was able to sit in for one of their QRIO performances. You know, the robot thingie I had a link to earlier in my last blog? Man, those things have personality. Real cute. Real cool. Wish I had gotten my camera then, all the other 25 or so ppl in the room had camcorders and what-not.
Anyhoos, I have to get back to work, loads to get done before my next trip. Easter weekend, I'm heading off to Langkawi, Malaysia with my sis and some friends. Really looking forward to that.
