Erm...I don't have much to say except I read the above quote while eating b-fast at Pacific Coffee. Interesting don't you guys think?
Anyway, today was quite interesting, ever been to one of those huge ass cargo terminals? They are a bit intimidating in HK. Big ass trucks everywhere. Don't know where I'm going with this except that I had a meeting this morning in an office in one of those terminals and I was relieved I wasn't driving there. Think big buildings that look like a truck race track inside. 4 wide lanes going up 15 floors (at least) round and round all the way to the top of the building. Offices were only on the top floor on the outer ring of the building looking into a yard in the middle where all the trucks were. Okay, I'm bad a describing things, I know I know. But I guess what I'm getting at is, I was scared, big trucks, scary ppl!!
Anyway, I hate work. 3 words I have to say. I hate work.
Okay, let me not bore you with work. Tell you guys something amusing that happened today. As my sis and I were taking the elevator down to the carpark level, this pudgy (...well...tubbie...like spare tire tubbie) guy waddles into the elevator, he presses the elevator button, leans on the wall and proceeds to let out a big ass fart, followed by a sigh "aaahhh..." (as if he had been wanting to let it out for a long time). Honestly, if the elevator had 15 ppl in it (it's one of those huge factory elevators) and we were travelling from the top floor down, someone would have cracked up if not all squish to one side of the elevator. Well, speaking for myself, I was about to crack up because I was thinking, "is this for real? did he really fart and let out a sigh??" It didn't help that my sister looked like she was going to pass out from holding her laughter in. It was definately one of those things you would see on an episode of "Just for Laughs". I seriously did not think ppl would actually do that. Ew. Nasty! I think I need more of these really odd things happening everyday just to get me out of this "I hate work" slump.
Anyway, gotta head to bed. I look like a panda from lack of sleep. Oy. Nites ppl.
