GAH! The paaain!

Hiking was scary yesterday. Well, phun and enjoyable, but scary. Why? Well, the bunch I went hiking with are doing this 50KM hike thing next weekend. So they are pretty well trained. The trail we decided to take was from the peak. Now, there are the nicely paved hiking trails, and the rugged terrain/rocky-type trails. We did the latter ofcourse. It was so tiring! I know understand why they had those hiking sticks, you really do need them. At some points of the trail, you could so accidently have said "oops, bye bye, down you go" because you're standing next to the cliff. Phun exciting stuff. It was neat to be standing "on top" of HK. Literally, if you jumped off, you would go flying down into whatever is down below. Anyhoos, we did about 15Km yesterday. Not even half the hike they are doing next week. 15km on flat ground is okay to do, on rocky mountain cliffs, it's tiiiiring.
We ended up in Aberdeen and took a taxi into Chek Chu for some beach side eating and shopping. We were so tired, we all ended up gorging on pub-style wings and snacks. Nasty! Haha.
Anyhoos, I'm going to be stuck at the office tonite, poooo, too much work to do. I'll blog again later, I have to get back to work now. POoooooOO on work.
