it's cold...

Achoo!!! It's starting to get cold. Well, it's not that cold, it's chillie, but when you don't have a jacket, IT'S COLD!! I have yet to get myself a warm jacket to wear. I think I should while there are still sales on. I went shopping today with my mum and aunt to get some christmas gifts. It was crazy. We spent a crap load of money at Tommy. We spent enuf so that I could get another VIP card. It's scary. On a better not though, we finished christmas shopping for practically everyone in the family.
The Christmas lights just went up yesterday in the main city area. I haven't driven past it yet so I duno how nice it is. The Christmas trees in the malls are absolutely gorgeous. They did a really really nice area where you take pics with santa. It's so pretty. I hope to take some pics before they take it down after Christmas. (Anyone have any comments about the optio pentax S4 digicam? I'm still indecisive about a digicam, but this one seems oki. hehe) It seems to me that ppl do a lot more christmas decorating here than in toronto. It makes me really happie to see so many lights and decoration up. It's such a festive season.
As the year is winding down, I'm looking back and forward and realize that I think this year would have been my record number of vacations in one year. Sort of. Hk is one of them. My cruise to China is another. Bintan, Singapore is another one. Shanghai for Christmas will be another. And originally if I could skip my exams I would have gone to Japan and Malaysia on business in Dec. This all in the span of less than 5 months. It makes me wonder if I really put enough effort into my studying here in HK. Hehehehe. I do study hard, really!! *blink blink* I'm really looking forward to my trip to Shanghai, I'll get to test out my mandarin and shanghainese. Did I tell you guys I'm also learning how to speak Shanghainese? Neat, eh? Hehe. I also can't wait to see snow in Shanghai. Apparantly Shanghai in December is supposed to be one of the most romantic places. So I guess my sis and I will have romantic dinners together. hehehe.
So have you guys thought about your new years resolutions yet? I hope to make them this year and try to accomplish them. What's the use in making them if I don't accomplish them, rite? Anyway, I still have a month to come up with them. I'll deal with them later. Rite now, EXAMS!! GAH!!
