sum tong...
A classmate of mine came into class today with puffy eyes. It's been 3 days in a row she's come in like this. She told me that she had been having arguments with her bf. She found out last nite that her bf has been dating another girl and lied to her that he was on "business trip". I felt really bad for her. She has been drinking every nite. She told our class (it was a really small class), that she still loved her bf and wanted to go back to him. The class (being all females), told her not to. I agreed with that. If a guy does something like that, he's bound to do it again. As much as you love a guy, he just might not be the one for you. What's in it for you if it's only going one way, or if he's taking advantage of the relationship? Bah. Guys, none are as good as you think they are. I felt really bad for her, she looked really sad. She came to HK to study chinese only becuase her bf was here in HK. Now she wants to go back to Korea. It's not such a bad thing I guess, she needs the comfort of her family and friends. She doesn't know many ppl here. As jokes, me and another classmate promised to take her out for the weekend so she could pick up 5 other guys. Haha. Bah.
I vaguely recall someone telling me about a tank top they saw on Queen St. that had the most kickass saying. It said, "boys are bad, let's throw rocks at them." Kudos to the maker of that tank top.
My other classmate who is married and pregnant tried to give some hard facts of life. She said not to worry because you will go through at least 5 of these in your lifetime. Great!!!! I'm surely looking forward to that! If I never go out with a guy again, surely that won't happen, so ha! Man, I think I have trust issues.
