i wanna go home...
So I sort of half suckered my mum into letting me stay with my sis. When I had asked before, she would answer with a "no" but I'm progressing now, she's saying "I'll think about it." I wanna go home. I looked out my window this morning at the ocean and thought there was some morning fog. To my dismay, it's air pollution. I looked across the harbour at the Kowloon side and found that I could barely see the buildings across, that was when I realized that it was not fog cuz it was around 5ish in the evening. Narsty, eh? I wanna go home. I took the afternoon off work because some stupid co-workers of mine didn't know how to use the office's new Oracle program well and couldn't teach me. So, I decided to go with my aunt to take the bus to and from HKU. There are 3 routes to get to school from my place and we tried out 2 today. So basically, we went to the university twice. I have to change buses once along the way, so basically we took 8 buses in total today. Hehe. My aunt and I got so sick of sitting on the buses. Well, atleast she won't have to sit on one everyday. But anyhoos, as I was saying, I wanna go home. If I stay here at my mum's place any longer, I'll crack!
Staying at my sis's place is so much better. It feels a little more like home. Maybe I'm just used to being by myself or with not that many ppl. I duno. I liked having my own apartment in Waterloo and when I'm home, there aren't that many ppl. So staying at my sis's place woudl be quiet and I can be antisocial if I wanna be. I enjoy the lifestyle better too. Let me put it this way, the day I spent with my sis on the weekend, we went out window shopping and ended up at home eating campbell's mushroom and corn cream soup with a bag of shrimp chips and lucozade drink. Hehe. Healthy eh? We were watching episodes of Felicity and pigging out. For breakfast the next morning, we had sparkling lemonade and a bag of maltesers while we were heading out to run some errands. Hehe. Yes, I like this sort of unhealthy lifestyle.
But staying with my sis is better cuz when I get home from school in the afternoon, I can go downstairs to one of the two outdoor swimming pools (one of them is just gorgeous, it's got rocks and a ginormous waterfall - it's as if u were on one of the carribean islands where they had all those rock climbing water falls) or the kickass Roman Baths indoor and also sauna downstairs and shower before I go back upstairs to study. Talk about pampering yourself. Teehee. But I miss home. I wanna go home. I don't feel like I fit in here. People here are so rude. Things are just not like home.
:O(
I miss home, but I gotta stick it out here for a year, it'll do me some good.
