traffic at 12??

I was working OT at work yesterday cuz I was rushing to finish some documents that had to be done by today. My slave and I thought we'd never leave the office. Haha. We were goign to order pizza and sleep under our desks at the office. Haha. No way man. I don't love my job that much to stay there that long. I had to dash home right after I got off work to pick my dad up from the airport.
His flight was supposed to arrive at 9.45PM, so I figured he'd be about by 10.30ish. It turns out a million planes landed around the same time so it took them twice as long to clear customs. I finally picked up my dad around 12.00 (I was so tired from standing for so long and being pushed around by passerbys). I thought I could finally zoom home to bed, but alas, TRAFFIC JAM AT FRIGGIN MIDNITE!! So I was stuck in traffic for about 20 mins. They decided to fix the roads at night so 4 lanes from the airport connecting to the highway merged to become 1. Since there were about a million big ass trucks, it took forever to pass the area. I was so tired last nite I just collapsed in bed. Bleh.
I was mad working at work today too. But I didn't work OT today, I just didn't have the energy. I need to conserve some energy to study. I had my tutor come over tonite to help me study for my qualifying exam. Man was I tired. She made me pronounce so many words over and over again that by 9.30 I felt like whatever I said came out wrong. My tongue felt tongue-tied. Haha. Oy. I need sleep. Oh bed. How I love to konk out on you. You are truly my best friend. Hehe.
