argh!
I'm tiiiiiired. I woke up early today to drive to windsor. I had to help my cousin move back to toronto. I felt so weird driving by myself for 4.5 hrs in the beemer. I was so paranoid that I'd be pulled over by a cop. I guess it's cuz of my bad experience of being pulled over last time I went to windsor. He had quite a lot of stuff, I was afraid it wouldn't fit in the car, but luckily, it all fit. I drove half way home before handing the wheel over to my cousin.
So, after almost 7 hrs of driving today, I went home hungry and hoping I'd be greeted by a yummy din din. Well, I came home to hot food, but not the greatest. My dad decided to attempt to burn the house down while I was away. He made fried noodles. I think that was basically the first thing he told me when I stepped in the door. "Haha, um, I nearly burned down the house." Greeeeeeat. Honestly, I thought he was joking. But, lo and behold I got downstairs to a semi black stove top. I think he attempted to clean it up a bit, but failed. So after everyone finished eating noodles and soup, my younger cousin tried to prove to us that he wasn't lazy and offered to wash the dishes. And what happens? He decides to wash 2 bowls and left after I started to take apart the stove to wash. Gah!! I thought he was going to wash aaaaaall the dishes!! So, tired as I was, I washed all the dishes and spent 40 mins cleaning the stove and kitchen. My dad's attempts to clean up the kitchen left sooty black marks everywhere on the countertops and white cupboards. It looked like a 5 yr old went through the kitchen with muddy fingers and decided to draw all over the cupboards.
Sigh. I guess I'm now living with 3 kids, not 2. Haha. Lucky me. I'm tired from driving and from cleaning. And I got my shirt dirty. And I have wrinkly fingers from the soap, vim and water. I'm whiney. Poo...poooooooooooooooooooo I say.
