ugly red shirt...

I went to my campus day meeting today. I was surprised to see so many volunteers, I didn't think that many ppl would come for campus day anyways. I'll be busily helping out on both days. For the first day, I get to be a meeter/greeter/tour guide and on the second, I'll be bbq-ing for the visitors. Let's just hope that our grad committee will make some good money on both the campus days. All the efforts that we all put in for the previous pizza selling days' money got stolen twice because some ppl decided to break into the science society office. I guess we won't be getting out of debt this year.
So for campus day, I get to sport this amazing red t-shirt that looks kind of dull eventhough we haven't even thrown it in the washer a million times. I wonder why they didn't pick a color that was more easy on the eye like a white or a pleasant blue. Red isn't even our school colors, I think. Black and gold are the colors. Oh well, go figure.
Some of us have planned to ditch some unknowing youngster at one end of the campus, but alas, we know we wouldn't do that to some poor kid. Our advisor told us that we could add in anecdotes during our tours. The only ones I could come up with were, "hey, you know in the basement of this building, a student died" and "the library is haunted". I don't think they would really want me to inform them of that. Anyways, we'll see how campus day goes.
