freaky tv...
I watched The Ring tonite with a couple of friends and I have to tell you, my tolerance for scary movies has sunk to an all time low. I used to watch scary movies with my roomates (the Japanese ones, which are ten times worse than these ones) and I'd be a little shaken up but okay. Tonite, I was just a complete wuss. I refused to watch all the scary parts, or what I thought would be scary parts. I kept my eyes shut tight and wimpering under blankets while my friend kept trying to pry my eyes open so I would watch the movie. haha. Didn't work, I still got away without seeing the scary faces. I really don't want those faces haunting me for the next couple months. I guess living by myself in loo makes me more conscious when watching scary movies. I don't really want to freak myself out when I'm all by myself there. I have no one to turn to if I get freaked out.
So, I didn't find the movie too scary, mostly because I was really tired and I missed out on a lot of scary things. But the thing that freaked me out when I got home was that someone left the upstairs tv on. I could hear it when I came upstairs towards my room. But the cable was off, so the tv just had this greyish/black glow to it. I got to tell you, that was kind of eerie. Okay, on top of it being eerie I'm just chicken. But of all days to leave a tv on, WHY AFTER I WATCHED A MOVIE THAT HAS TO DO WITH THINGS COMING OUT OF A TV?!?! I'll never look at a tv or mirror the same way again. aiya...
