Campus day wasn't too bad today. I think there were less ppl than expected seeing that they are spanning it over two days. It was pretty cold today though. I had to stand near the doorway area, so when ppl came in, there was always a rush of cold air. IT WAS SO COLD!! I didn't have to do too much today. I only had to point ppl towards their destinations and answer some questions. But I did chat a lot with other science students. It's weird how you meet a lot of ppl at events like this.
I had a long chat with one of my profs from last semester too. I think I talked to him for about a half hour. He was really nice to talk to. Too bad, he's retiring next year. I think he was one of the profs that really seemed to take interest in what he taught and was eager to teach it to his students. He genuinely seemed to care about his students. Oh well, I guess the students next year won't be able to have the opportunity to be in his lectures. Too bad for them.
I saw the ppl doing BBQ today and by the looks of it, I'm not looking forward to my shift tomorow if it's this cold out. They were all bundled up and they looked like they were half frozen outside. Oy. If it's cold tomorow, I'm going to wear a million layers of clothing for sure. Aiya.
